Kids and Dangerous Dogs

Minneapolis Star Tribune - A killer guard dog (ONLY)chained in the basement pumping out puppies and small children running around while Dad takes a He was a Basset hound, not exactly what one thinks of as a dangerous breed. Had he bit someone we would have put him to sleep
